Company bio

I own three companies - Carlton PR & Marketing (CPRM), Innovation Nights new product showcases, and Innovation Women. Innovation Women is an online self-service "visibility" bureau designed to get more entrepreneurial, technical and innovative women onstage at industry conferences and events. We help event managers, from the largest industry conferences to the local meetups, become more inclusive and gender-balanced. Speaking engagements help drive the perception of women as credible industry thought leaders and provide the visibility needed to grow businesses and careers. Innovation Nights is a social media powered new product showcase and networking event. Every month we help launch at least 10 new products and we get the local community involved to help drive visibility. We've helped launch more than 1500 new products which have received more than $4B in funding. Carlton PR & Marketing is a boutique integrated marketing and PR firm. We work with a variety of companies in a variety of industries on PR, social media marketing, content creation and strategies, and marketing programs. In addition, in the summer of 2020, I bought two additional companies: MySpeakerLeads and Lioness Magazine.
