Introduction to Mindfulness for Stressful Times (Online)

In this online workshop, Guardian Adventures founder Meghan Gardner will present mindfulness skills that can be used to help you manage your thoughts and feelings as well as improve your performance in stressful situations, during recitals or sports competitions, or even in your personal relationships. There will be a 45-minute presentation and then 15 minutes of questions/answers. Meghan is a 30-year practitioner of meditation and a Mindfulness Coach for Jr. Olympic Athletes.
