Innovation Women’s mission is to get more women and underrepresented speakers on stage at conferences and events. As part of that mission, we offer a wide variety of resources and support for our speakers: tutorials, webinars, lists of speaking opportunities, guidance on how to best position yourself. Our speakers asked for accountability groups and in-depth coaching. So, we created Kickstart Cohort, a special program that’s a little of both, to kickstart your speaking career.

Our test run of Kickstart Cohort was so popular we sold out in days and had a waiting list. We book at least one cohort a month to keep up with demand. When is the Innovation Women Kickstart Cohort?
We rotate the time slot options to ensure speakers in a variety of time zones can conveniently join a group, though it may mean waiting a month or two for your preferred time. Check the Innovation Women shop to see the current time slots. Can’t make any of the available times? Talk to us – we have a “none of those options work” group waiting in the wings.
Speaker coaching program costs
It’s not unusual for a speaker coach or focused speaker business program to cost $2,500 to $10,000.
The Kickstart Cohort program is only $199* (or $149, if you purchase the program while you sign up for a membership).
We created the Kickstart Cohort as a small group option. Why? It allows us to offer the sessions affordably, and it helps more quickly connect you with others in our community.
You can also bring in your own group! Hello corporations: ERGs, departments or accountability groups make great cohorts. Connect with us if that’s you.
