Melissa O’Mara is a native of upstate New York who has spent 28 years in corporate leadership. The first in her family to graduate college, she currently serves as the CEO of i3Activate. Previously, she was VP of Green Buildings for Schneider Electric.
Melissa’s current focus is on creating organizational climates where innovation can thrive. This includes bringing in an innovative leadership program from the Netherlands which will be offered in the form of a Collective Leadership Allies program in November 2015 and a Women in Sustainability Leadership Co-Lab in February 2016.
