Kim spent 10 years running wildly successful “women in business” events within her local Chamber of Commerce. Each year, the events would sell out — 700 seats! In October of 2013, Kim interviewed an award-winning news reporter for one of her Signature “Conversations” about strong, successful women and the struggle between work and life balance. The response was overwhelming.

Inspired by the collective strength, energy, and camaraderie born of these events, Kim started Miles In Heels Productions so that she could point her trademark heels in a new direction and bring her skills, energy, inspiration, and outrageous fun to the world beyond. Designed to connect and empower, Miles In Heels inspires the articulation and pursuit of big ideas, by creating communities of talented people whose collective gifts support the goals of the individual.LAUGHING_HEADSHOT
