When Covid-19 hit, companies that were fortunate enough to be able to operate their businesses remotely had to quickly pivot to working from home.
While many companies continue to adjust (and others had a distributed team well before coronavirus), some founders and teams are beginning to ask when and if they’ll ever return to the office. Remote teams can be practical for startups in that they help them to broaden their talent pool and cut costs. Remote teams also present challenges when it comes to management, culture-building, and collaboration.
