Health & Wellness SIG: Get Fired Up With Self Defense

Basic self-defense knowledge can prevent you from becoming a statistic while building your confidence and courage muscle.
The skills learned in self-defense training are invaluable, especially for those who live and/or work in the city as well as those who travel and lead busy lives.
This interactive workshop will begin with a discussion covering 4 different types of awareness including real life stories shared by our clients. We will follow that with some basic self-defense moves.
