In this workshop, brought to you by personal growth and wellness coach, Leigh Bochiccio, participants will explore 4 key areas of health: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Mindfulness, and the benefits of making positive changes in each of the areas. Emphasis is made on the importance of understanding ‘why’ participants want to make a change and then how they create a new habit to support it and ‘stack’ it into an existing routine.
