Have you noticed all the talk about mindfulness? It seems everywhere I go I am hearing about the power of mindfulness. But how do you learn it? How do you help your kids become more mindful?

The best way for adults to learn mindfulness is to actually practice it. And the truth is, kids learn mindfulness best just by having mindful adults around them.

Join me to develop or strengthen your own mindfulness practice. I will teach you how to let it transform your experience as a parent. I am now offering two options for my course Mindfulness & Parenting. You can access it in person or online.
