Lioness Roundtable: Accountability That Actually Works

Featuring Bobbie Carlton & Lioness Team | Open Invitation | Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 12:00 pm ET

We all have goals. The harder part is consistently doing the work required to reach them. Could the right accountability group make the difference?

Join us for a facilitated roundtable discussion about accountability: what works, what doesn’t, and what we need from each other to keep moving forward. We’ll explore different approaches to accountability groups, how to set expectations and commitments, what makes people actually show up and follow through, and how to provide support without turning the group into another networking meeting or advice session.

The Lioness Roundtable is a monthly conversation for female entrepreneurs—and every session gets recorded and turned into an article. Come connect with other business owners and share your insights. Your experience could be quoted and featured in front of our whole community!
