Digital Transformation Driven by Strategy at Staples Studio

FreeInnovation Women has partnered with Staples for an Innovation Women Speaker Series at Staples Studio.
With the growing impact of DT on revenue, there is a need to reshape Pharma’s corporate strategy model to include a special sector -Technology Strategy – with designated executive oversight and responsibilities for driving DT implementation.
Here, we will discuss digital disruption and augmentation of pharma R&D with artificial intelligence, Big Data, Blockchain, IoT and other technologies, as well as their impact on tactical, non-programmed and strategic decisions that ultimately increase organizational efficiency, increase profits, and help keeping up with the competition. The road map concepts for navigating DT implementation will also be introduced.
