We will be discussing the importance of visibility for our “unusual suspects”. Women, people of
color, people with disabilities and others are not the stereotype for many roles in our daily lives.
Seeing yourself represented on a stage, or in a meeting, can be crucial for implementing
diversity and inclusion changes. Sharing your equity and inclusion story can be crucial to
expressing your authentic self.
