Los Angeles County Women’s Leadership Conference

Our conference is now embarking on a new decade! With this new chapter and the unprecedented challenges that we currently face, the 2021 Conference will be held on a virtual platform allowing us to surpass the 900 professionals typically in attendance. The conference aims to bring together a diverse group of leaders in government, business, and the community and offer attendees an exciting opportunity to connect, learn, and contribute during the week of March 23rd through 27th 2021.
The goal of this year’s Leadership Conference is to Spark the Light within each attendee through a weeklong event full of inspiration and celebration! The 2021 conference theme is Spark the Light. Through the toughest times, there is always a spark of light that can be a catalyst for change and positivity allowing us to move forward both boldly and brightly.
