The Lift As We Climb Convention (“LAWCC”)

The Lift As We Climb Convention (“LAWCC”) is the Rutgers University Black Lawyers Alumni Network’s (“RUBLAN”) annual marquee event, designed to assist BIPOC law students and recent bar graduates with preparing themselves for interview season. In the past, RUBLAN has partnered with the Garden State Bar Association-Young Lawyers Division (“GSBA-YLD”) and has delivered fantastic, substantive programming for the benefit of our young lawyers of color in the great State of New Jersey. Through LAWCC, RUBLAN has hosted the likes of Judge Michael Shipp (DNJ), NJ Supreme Court Justice Fabiana Pierre Louis, and many more exemplar legal professionals.
