Lighting Talks + Hack Night

An old fashioned hack night but with a twist! For the first 45 minutes, members will have the opportunity to give short talks about anything. Yep, you heard it: speak about anything at all! Take this opportunity to practice your speaking skills! The talk doesn’t have to be technical and the only requirement is that others should be able to learn something from it. Following the lightning talks, the event will go back to regular hack night programming. Bring any projects you’re working on or homework you have to do. Work on a code challenge from one of the many code challenge websites (codeeval, exercism.io, hackerank, etc.). Write a blog post, or just catch up on work or emails. Learn more.
