Speaker Friend Fridays
Join us every Friday at 8:45 am ET for Speaker Friends Friday on Zoom, hosted by Innovation Women founder and public speaking expert Bobbie Carlton. We have discussions with speakers, authors, event managers, business owners, podcasters and other professionals.
You can also join us on April 3 and 17 for West Coast Speaker Friends at noon ET/9:00 am PT. It’s every first and third Friday each month. All are welcome.

Practice Sessions
Featuring Bobbie Carlton | Bi-Weekly on Fridays at 11:00 am ET | This month: April 10 & 24, 2026
These are NEW bi-weekly, member-only working sessions designed to help you refine your presentation skills, strengthen your messaging and build confidence before stepping onto the stage. During each one-hour session, speaker members are invited to present 2–5 minutes of their talk to the group. After presenting, you’ll receive feedback from Bobbie with optional input from other member attendees who are eager to support your growth. Learn more here. Kickstart Cohort Program
Featuring Bobbie Carlton & IW Team | 4-Week Program | Next session starts Thursday, April 9th, 2026, at 1:00 pm ET
Our Kickstart Cohorts are a combination of expert guidance on how to use the Innovation Women platform and an accountability group. Speaker Coaching Cohort Program
Featuring Bobbie Carlton | 4-Week Program + A Bonus 1:1 | Next session starts Monday, April 6th, 2026, at 1:00 pm ET.
The program includes an easy-to-understand process, hands-on exercises, templates, personalized feedback, and practical strategies to ensure your presentation stands out. You’ll work in a small group, have regular breakouts and guided working sessions. This is a 4-week course plus a bonus session with Bobbie to review your presentation. Learn more here. Speaker Marketing Club
Ready to take your speaking career to the next level? Speaker Marketing Club by Innovation Women is a structured learning program designed to help you build a professional speaker marketing strategy and learn how to use speaking as a powerful marketing tool.
Part One: Fundamentals is ideal for speakers who want to build a strong marketing foundation, from messaging and storytelling to social media and positioning your Big Idea.
Part Two: Advanced is currently in session and designed for speakers who already have marketing systems in place. Enrollment requires pre-approval.
Each 8-week cohort includes weekly lessons, workshops, downloadable resources and facilitated co-working sessions to help you implement what you learn in real time.

Lioness Social Media Workshop
The Lioness Social Media Workshop is a hands-on program designed for women entrepreneurs who want to strengthen their brand presence, one graphic at a time. Each session is a 30-minute workshop focused on a single, high-impact social media concept for a graphic. Get strategy and design ideas from our expert designers. Create a piece of social content with guidance using Canva as a tool. You’ll walk away with new ideas and a (nearly) ready-to-post graphic that helps grow your visibility.
