Innovation Women has some pretty amazing news to share. We were selected to be one of the 20 companies pitching at Tech.co’s “Startup of the Year” pitchfest at SXSW this year.
Not only are we the only team from Boston selected — we’re the only team coming from all of New England!
Why are we telling you this? In addition to the normal judging panel, there is a “reader’s choice” winner, voted on by the community (that’s you!) A vote for IW is a vote to change the status quo — and emphasize the broad desire for diversity in entrepreneurship, tech and innovation.
There are few words more powerful than the phrase “the audience has spoken.” We’d appreciate it if you spoke, by supporting what Innovation Women is trying to accomplish. And, selfishly, the more visibility we have for our database of awesome women, the more event managers will know about it and come seeking speakers!
